Pet Industry Federation Awards open for entry

Three new categories recognising projects that have been particularly innovative or sustainable, and a ‘Charity of the Year’ award which recognises important achievements between the third sector and pet businesses, have been introduced into this year's Pet Industry Federation Awards.

It is free to enter your business in the Pet Industry Federation Awards and to be in with a chance of winning you simply need to say, in no more than 500 words, why you think you should win.

To help steer you in the right direction however, we have put a list of criteria together that judges will be specifically looking for in the entries.

The winners will be announced, alongside the Lifetime Achievement Award, at the Pet Industry Federation Awards dinner on Tuesday 28 November at Whittlebury Hall, Towcester, Northamptonshire.

The Pet Industry Award categories are:

  1. Retail Chain of the Year
  2. Independent Retailer of the Year
  3. Manufacturer of the Year
  4. Wholesaler of the Year
  5. Exporter of the Year
  6. Grooming Business of the Year
  7. Kennel or Cattery of the Year
  8. Pet Service of the Year
  9. Sales Representative of the Year
  10. Sustainability Award of the Year
  11. Innovation of the Year
  12. Charity Award of the Year

The deadline for the receipt of entries is Monday 21 August. For more information on how to enter click here
