Dogs and their owners are set to get hooked on a new range of treats at ethical pet retailer Pets Corner – as the nationwide store stocks a world first in canine snacks.
The newly launched line of premium nibbles named Hooked, which include tasty flavours such as salmon jerky, prawn bites, fish fingers and salmon & kelp, are the world’s first sustainably sourced fish treats, and are now being sold at Pets Corner stores across the UK.
Produced by Grimsby-based firm Sea Treats, they are 100% natural, contain essential amino fatty acids and are an excellent source of protein as well as vitamins B and D. They are also certified by the Marine Stewardship Council and the Aquaculture Stewardship Council – meaning the ingredients in each tasty morsel can be traced through the supply chain, and are sourced from sustainable fisheries.
The tasty titbits, which are made from pure fresh fish or fish skin, contain no fish meal or cereals and are high in Docosahexaenoic Acid – critical in the development of vision and the central nervous system - credits that will keep tails wagging and owners happy.
