Around 200 reptiles were rescued from a major blaze which ripped through the Cattle Market site in Nottingham.

The huge fire threatened to spread to the reptile store, Internet Reptile on Clarke Road, near Meadow Lane, endangering the animals living there.

The store sells various reptiles including bearded dragons, geckos, tortoises, frogs and snakes.
