Global organisation invests in leading pet product company

Velcro Companies, the technology-driven global organisation providing fastening solutions, has acquired a minority stake in Petface Ltd, an innovative pet products company based in Hertfordshire.
Established in 2011, Petface has over 3,000 products across the dog, cat, small pet and wild bird categories.

Petface was established in 2011 and is a leading UK-based designer and distributor of pet-related products. The company has over 3,000 products in the Petface range, within 17 brands covering collars and leads, feeding, bedding and toys across dog, cat, small pet and wild bird categories. Petface specialises in selling to large retailers, independent pet specialists, and garden centers. Velcro Companies has a heritage of innovation spanning more than 50 years and owns over 400 active patents and numerous trademarks, including the VELCRO® trademark, which is registered throughout the world.
