Pet shop aims to donate 250 parcels to food banks by Christmas

Purdy's Pet Shop in Coventry has set itself the goal of donating 250 pet food parcels to struggling families by Christmas.

The pet shop team put together a week’s supply of pet food given to them by customers willing to help.

The parcels are then sent to food banks to help struggling animal lovers.

Pet shop owner Rebecca Harrington said she wanted to do something to help struggling families.
