Natures Menu has been awarded the Feefo Platinum Trusted Service Award 2020. Marking the company’s fourth win in a row, this award recognises businesses that go above and beyond for delivering brilliant customer service.

The trusted service award created by Feefo, is awarded to businesses that use the site to collect genuine reviews and insights from verified customers. Feedback is collated by the Feefo review platform, making the accreditation a symbol of trust as the awards are based on customer interactions.

Natures Menu collected 1,605 customer reviews between 1^st January and 31^st December 2019, 1,317 of these were 5-Star ratings, which resulted in a 4.7 out of 5 for its customer service.

Experts in high meat and natural pet nutrition True Instinct, joins the winning line up too as it is awarded the Feefo Gold Trusted Service Award 2020. True Instinct collected almost 100 reviews between 1^st January and 31^st December 2019 – over 90% of these were 5-Star ratings, resulting in a 4.7 out of 5 for its customer service.
