Garden centre raises more than £3,500 for animal rescue

The team at Haskins in Roundstone presented Wadars Animal Rescue with a cheque for £3,509. All money raised from events held at the Roundstone centre throughout 2018 and collected from Haskins’ ‘Wishing Well’ was donated to the charity.

Wadars Animal Rescue was the garden centre’s nominated ‘Charity of the Year’ in 2018 and the centre has chosen to continue its support for the charity throughout 2019 as well. The charity provides protection to animals and helps co-ordinate the rescue and rehoming of these animals.
