Six-year old HOWND customer is a Crufts Star
A rising star of the dog grooming world has been recognised at Crufts 2017.

Darcy Davis - daughter of Kelly Davis who serves as Director of the British Dog Groomers' Association - won second place in the under 12's Young Kennel Club (YKC) grooming competition last week.

Only six years old, and with a host of grooming awards already under her belt from the English Groomer Challenge and Cymru Groom, Kelly has been grooming dogs alongside her mum since the age of four.

“Darcy was so pleased to win second place. I think I’m going to need a new trophy cabinet soon,’ explains Kelly.

“Rico - Darcy’s dog - was bathed in HOWND’s cruelty-free certified Yup You Stink Conditioning Shampoo for months in the lead up to Crufts. It conditions perfectly, leaving Rico’s coat super clean, soft and smelling amazing.

"The formula is so gentle on our hands, which is especially important on Darcy’s young skin which can be susceptible to irritation. HOWND shampoo smells so good Kelly wants to use it on herself!”

“It was wonderful to watch Darcy compete,’ explains Jo Amit, the co-founder of HOWND. ‘We exhibited for the first time this year at Crufts, and the show proved to be a tremendous success for the brand.”

HOWND has been shortlisted in the ‘Product of the Year UK’ category for this year’s Liz Paul Awards taking place at MasterGroom 2017 in Peterborough.
