Pets & Friends, Kennelpak’s specialist pet retailer with a network of stores, salons, and a leading website, has opened its new Walsall location.

Manager Danny and the team have been serving the Walsall pet community for the past 20 years and bring their pet expertise to a new, larger store on Barons Court Trading Estate. 

The new Pets & Friends store also boasts a brand-new Pets Parlour, a state-of-the-art spa and grooming salon. Here, pets will be treated to the best in grooming, relaxation, and care. From luxurious facials to essential fur trims, Pets Parlour promises an experience that will have tails wagging. The new salon has also created 6 new jobs for Walsall. 

Walsall Pets & Friends' larger store is not just about scale but also about an enhanced shopping experience, offering a wider variety of products and services than ever before including the Tiny Paws puppy and kitten club, free harness fitting, free weight checks and expert pet advice to cater to the diverse needs of the Walsall pet community. 

The new store was opened last Friday (October 20) by the Walsall team and winner of the ‘Best in Walsall’ competition and customer of eleven years, Bear the Springador.
