Essential Foods has launched its new Highland Living range, which is free from white potato as well as chicken, grain and rice, and is looking to expand its stockiest network.

Natasha Bujnoch, UK Country Manager for Essential Foods, said: “The Highland Living range is made with a whole 79% of fresh and dried Norfolk Black Turkey, Aberdeen Angus beef, pigeon/partridge/duck, egg and Scottish salmon. It is UK sourced, of course, as well as being produced here.
