The Pet Industry Federation and Hadlow College in Kent, rated ‘Outstanding’ by Ofsted, have extended their joint venture to open a new dog grooming school in Greenwich, London.
Situated along Shooters Hill, the new ‘state of the art’ school opens three years after the partnership to manage the dog grooming school based at Hadlow in Kent begun.
The Hadlow PIF Greenwich Dog Grooming School will offer City & Guilds qualifications for dog groomers which are recognised by industry as providing the ideal foundation for those embarking on a career in dog grooming.
The enterprise continues this unique and successful relationship between industry and education. Hadlow has had a site in Greenwich since 2013, and this expansion of the offer presents new opportunities for the area and builds on the existing solid links with the local community.

Operating on a commercial basis, the Hadlow PIF Greenwich Grooming School will not be constrained by the academic calendar and will operate all year round, thereby helping more student groomers achieve success.
The modern dog grooming salon is fully equipped giving students the experience of working in a commercial environment as well as access to the latest in teaching resources.
