Created by Feefo, Trusted Service is awarded to businesses that use Feefo to collect genuine reviews and insights from verified customers. Recognised as a symbol of trust, this accreditation remains unique as the awards are based purely on the interactions with customers. This feedback has been collated by the Feefo review platform, with Natures Menu being awarded the accolade based upon its performance.
Natures Menu collected 2,939 5* reviews between January 1st 2018 and December 31st 2018, achieving a Feefo service rating of 4.8 out of 5 from customers.
