Puppy promotion for Fish4Dogs retailers

Fish4Dogs is launching a limited-edition promotional puppy pack to help independent retailers develop new customer relationships with owners of new puppies.

 

The Essential Puppy Pack will be available from September – ideally timed to meet the autumn/winter increase in puppy ownership.

 

Each box contains a bag of Fish4Dogs Finest Ocean White Fish small bite 1.5kg which has been highly rated - 4.9/5 star by 209 independent reviewers - plus free samples and money-off vouchers worth up to £30.00 to the consumer.

 

All the samples are suitable for puppies and include:

  • two large bite samples (which can be used as rewards in training)
  • Superstar training treats – full size 75g
  • Sea jerky tiddler sample 15g
  • Salmon mousse pouch 100g
  • Trout mousse pouch 100g

The pack has the same recommended retail price (RRP) as a regular 1.5kg bag but the added extras and money-off vouchers are designed to keep customers coming back for more – ensuring that they return to the independent store to redeem the coupons on future purchases.

 

The Puppy Essentials Starter Pack contains two vouchers redeemable only in the store the box was initially purchased. The first voucher gives 25% off the next purchase of Finest puppy food in 6kg or 12kg bags and other provides 15% off a further purchase of the complete food.

 

Carly Baker, Marketing Manager for Fish4Dogs’ trade accounts said that the promotion demonstrated the commitment the premium pet food company has for its independent retailers.

 

“Our partnership with Independent retailers is extremely important to us as a brand. We value the experience and knowledge that Independent retailers offer consumers and we’re delighted support this partnership with new initiatives like our Puppy Essentials Starter Pack.  We hope that this activity provides another great opportunity to promote the nutritional and health benefits of feeding fish,” she said.

 

As part of the product launch, Fish4Dogs are rolling out a competition to all retailers that purchase the puppy boxes, to create the best window or in-shop display using the packs. The winning store will receive £250 of Love2shop vouchers to share amongst store staff.

 

The Puppy Essentials Starter Pack will be available to view and order from PATS Telford where Fish4Dogs will be exhibiting at stand A18.
