Mookie and its new bigger brother mookiemax are the world’s first dual-use pet massager and brush and are launching exclusively in the UK – generating an entirely new category of petcare product.

The products, created to relax both pet and owner, have been specially developed by a team of pet experts to bring pets and their owners closer together in a fun and playful way.

Designed for use on medium to long-haired dogs, cats and rabbits, they can be used in two different ways:

• Cap on: it’s a gentle massager to help relax pets, a treat to bring pet and owner together
• Cap off: Mookie helps pets look and feel good via its specially designed, soft feel plastic bristles – great at detangling fur sensitive areas

First conceived by entrepreneur Patricia Stephens, mookie was inspired by her dog Doddy who used to return from walks with knots, grass and mud in his fur. He hated being brushed and Patricia needed a small and subtle brush to take care of him without fuss.

Having created a first prototype, the mookie took form. Not only did it work fantastically well – Doddy loved the fuss – but it became some of the best family bonding time between them.

Now Patricia and her team have developed mookie and mookiemax (for the bigger pets)  to help families across the UK interact with their pets like never before.
