CEO Joe Wykes set to leave award-winning retailer

Joe Wykes is stepping down as CEO of Jollyes, having made a significant contribution to the award-winning business over the past four years.

Under his leadership Jollyes has attracted important new investment, grown its store estate from 70 to 110 locations and employed 500 more colleagues.

It’s also strengthened its leadership team, which includes Adam Dury who joined earlier in the year as COO and will now formally become CEO designate.

To assist Adam as he transitions into his new responsibilities, Andy Bond will also act as Jollyes’ executive chairman over the coming months.

The company said: “Jollyes is in good shape – it has a sharper customer proposition based around lower prices, is operationally strong and is set to open a significant number of new stores as we announced this week.

“It goes without saying that we’d like to thank Joe for his contribution to Jollyes over the past four years and we wish him well for the future.”
