Following three years of research and development Interpet has launched Tri-Spec 2, a maximum output aquarium light with a uniquely engineered lens system that delivers unparalleled light output.

Safe and extremely efficient this latest innovation is particularly suited to marine aquariums, helping to promote healthy growth of coral.

The Tri Spec 2 LEDs offer maximum versatility being available in four sizes (52cm – 60cm, 69cm – 80cm, 90cm – 100cm, and 116cm – 124cm) with three fitting options (extendable end brackets for direct replacement into flap systems; versatile brackets to retrofit onto any aquarium hood; or upgrade with a suspension kit to hang over open top tanks).

They can be used to replace lighting in any size of furniture aquarium, and have an IP67 water proof rating enabling them, unlike some other brands, to be submersed in depths of up to one metre.

Designed in the UK, the Tri Spec 2 comes with a three year guarantee and can be used with a separately available Bluetooth controller via the Tri-Spec app.  The product is now available to retailers.
