Independent Vetcare’s Graduate Academy intake grows for third year running

From humble beginnings in 2014 when Independent Vetcare first launched their Graduate Academy programme with just 15 newly qualified vets, the group’s intake this year has grown for the third year running.

The 2017 intake for the IVC academy stands at 90, a third more than this time last year. So, what do they think the key to their success has been?

“We have an extremely dedicated and passionate team working to make the IVC Graduate Academy the best in the industry. Not only do to we have some of the most respected key opinion leaders across Europe delivering CPD at our graduate academy events, we also focus on ensuring that the support and structured progression is there in practice,“ said Darren Macintosh, Operations Manager overseeing IVC Graduate Academy.

Independent Vetcare are also able to place graduates throughout the UK, in both small animal and mixed practices, adding to the appeal of their now established and successful academy for new graduate vets.
