Retailers can boost revenues through pet portrait scheme
|
Pet retailers are being offered the chance to earn extra revenue from scheme, which would enable their customers to have portraits of their pets drawn by professional artist.
Helen Johnson is managing director of a company called Commission An Artist, and she has launched a resellers’ programme for pet stores and garden centres throughout the UK and internationally.
“I think it's a great opportunity for retailers to increase their revenue by providing portraits of their customers pets, children, and anything else,” says Helen.
“There is no upfront cost for the retailer as they take the cash from the client and pass it to us, less their commission. We will provide the marketing materials so there is no risk. If they don't sell it then they don't pay anything
“It's very simple, we do pet portraits of cats, dogs, horses, guinea pigs, tarantulas – don't laugh, this was a commission request once!”
