The Pet Industry Federation is supporting UK pet businesses at the world’s leading pet trade event – Interzoo 2026 – this week.

Throughout the show, PIF are hosting a programme of informal 'Meet the Expert' drop-in sessions, offering practical advice on key areas including legal and compliance, export and routes to market, marketing and growth and developments such as 2D barcodes.

PIF CEO Nigel Baker (pictured) delivered a talk on the Sourcing Stage yesterday (Wednesday), focusing on what businesses need to consider when importing into and exporting from the UK.

Visitors to the PIF stand were be able to access guidance, pick up resources and speak to the PIF team about opportunities in both the UK and international markets.
