Agria in the running for major industry award

Agria Pet Insurance has been shortlisted for the Pet Service Business of the Year award, by the Pet Industry Federation for the Pet Industry Awards 2017.

This year’s record number of entries has made it tougher than ever for the finalists to secure their places, requiring clear demonstrations of exceptional customer satisfaction and staff training plus a clear focus on animal welfare and the wider community.

As winners of the Silver GILT Award at the National Contact Centre Improvements Awards and holders of a five-star Trustpilot rating, Agria is known for their ongoing commitment to providing outstanding customer service and for their close ties with the veterinary industry, charity and welfare organisations.

Anna Thomas, from Agria, said: “We are delighted to have been shortlisted for this award from such an influential organisation in our field. As such a close-knit team, being recognised for what we do is always a fantastic feeling; we all have our fingers crossed for the finals!”

The winners will be announced at the Pet Industry Awards dinner on Tuesday 28th November at Whittlebury Hall Hotel, Towcester.
