PIF’s video guide to importing and exporting

The Pet Industry Federation’s recent presentation at Interzoo on importing to and exporting from the UK is now available to view online via YouTube.

The session, delivered by Nigel Baker, PIF CEO, explored some of the practical considerations for businesses trading with the UK market, including routes to market, regulation, compliance and the evolving international trade landscape for pet businesses.

Although the video is not a live recording of the presentation itself, it provides a useful summary of the key themes and insights discussed during the session.

The release comes at a time when PIF is increasingly active in the international trade arena, holding discussions with a number of major overseas trade show organisers and industry partners around future opportunities for UK pet businesses looking to grow internationally.

PIF has indicated that further announcements relating to international market access and support for UK companies are expected early next week.
