LeisureGrow acquires business interests of Petface out of administration

LeisureGrow Products Ltd has acquired the business interests of Petface out of administration. Key Petface personnel will be kept on by LeisureGrow Products Ltd, and the Petface brand will be run out of LeisureGrow Products Ltd’s head office in Hinxworth, Hertfordshire. Petface stock will be centralised in LeisureGrow’s distribution centre.
