Independent pet shop set to close after 27 years

An family-run pet shop in the Oxfordshire market town of Witney is closing down at the end of this month after 27 years of trading.
In2Pets has been owned and run by two generations of the same family, and in a post on social media told customers: “Yes it's true, In2pets on Corn Street, Witney, is closing after 27 years in the town. Come down and grab a bargain with up to 50% off. Once it's gone, it's gone!”
Customers expressed their sadness at the news on the shop’s Facebook page.
One said: “This is very sad news, but I’m sure you thought long and hard before you made this decision. We will miss you. Always great service and another part of Witney’s history gone forever. Such a shame to lose another independent.”
Another added: “I am so sorry to hear this, always been so handy for my wildlife-feeding and small pet needs.”
