COYA flies the flag for freeze-dried raw

COYA, the brand taking the raw food category by storm, is experiencing another successful event at the PATS Telford show this weekend.

It has been a whirlwind few months for the brand which, after launching at PATS Sandown, has enjoyed huge success in the independent pet sector with rave reviews from retailers and pet owners alike. The brand is now listed in over 750 stores across the UK.

COYA founder Peter Roy said: said “We’re a small team, all long-term supporters of the pet specialist market, who believe that raw feeding is best for dogs. We don’t make any other products other than freeze-dried raw pet food – if you believe in raw feeding as we do, there is simply no point. We’re very proud to have a product and a brand that we wholeheartedly believe in.”

When discussing the different format that is freeze-dried raw, Peter explained his approach to flexibility of feeding and how COYA can become a part of a pet owner’s raw feeding journey.

“We don’t expect consumers to switch completely to COYA Freeze-Dried Raw, of course it would be fantastic if they do. But the range has been created to bring raw feeding to a wide variety of consumers and so we hope it plays a part in their raw feeding lives, however that may be,” said Peter.

“Clearly COYA  Freeze-Dried Raw can bring lapsed frozen raw feeders back in to the raw feeding – so many pet owners fall out of love with raw feeding because it isn’t the most convenient. But we are also hoping this amazing new format encourages those that didn’t want to deal with frozen raw to feed COYA Freeze-Dried Raw and bring the best nutrition and taste to their dog’s meal times.

COYA is available to stock direct or through Pedigree Wholesale.

Ypu can visit the COYA stand (C32) at PATS Telford, where you’ll find exclusive offers.
