No need for meat with CSJ Ferret!

Ferrets are obligate carnivores with a short digestive tract so CSJ have developed their new CSJ Ferret food in a chicken and salmon based recipe to meet the specific nutrient requirements of adult ferrets.

A complete diet providing good levels of quality protein and fat to help maintain body condition and support stamina when working, its crunchy kibble also helps to keep teeth clean.

Breeders will be please to find that the kibble mixes easily with warm water to produce an appetising aroma so it can be fed soaked in this way to young ferrets until 16 weeks old.

The fixed formula of CSJ Ferret ensures ultimate consistency to avoid tummy upsets and their expert nutritionists have added taurine and increased the vitamin E and lecithin content to improve fat stability and absorption.

Due to ferrets having a short digestive tract CSJ suggest feeding the total amount of food per day on a free choice basis so they are never left for long periods with no food and, as it is complete and balanced, CSJ Ferret removes the need to feed fresh meat, so reducing the problem of fly contamination.
