Who are the new owners of Vital Pet Products?
Sunny Sharma, who bought Pet Brands with his brother Ravi in 2009, is listed as a director of new company the Subura Group, the new owners of Vital Pet Products.
The other director of the Subura Group is listed at Companies House as Bruce Steuart, a director of Vital Pet Products.
Pet Brands is currently listed in both the Sunday Times Fast Track 100, with a 49% sales rise over the past three years, and the Sunday Times Lloyds SME Export Track 100, where it stands at No 28.
