Pet Footprint set to showcase Josera pet food product

Josera manufactures superior quality, environmentally sustainable and socially responsible foods for pets, cats, dogs and horses as well as agricultural feeds for farm animals.  The brand is a leader in its home market of Germany, where it produces all its food from a carbon-neutral factory.

Josera is supplied to the retail trade via www.PetFootprint.co.uk, which also represents sister brand Green Petfood which will also be on the stand.

New for Cats: Highlights of this year’s show will include a completely new cat food range which will offer independents important exclusivity (4.25kg and 15kg bags), striking new packaging and the stamp of quality from DLG Certification which is increasingly appreciated by UK retailers.

New for Dogs: Also, on the stand will be the new Josera Hypoallergenic grain-free recipe that uses insect protein as the sole source of animal protein. The Hypoallergenic range will be available exclusively to bricks and mortar businesses in 15kg and 4.5kg bags with a unique aroma-safe zip close.

Simon Freear from Pet Footprint says: “Consumers are starting to ask questions about sustainability, so we are looking forward to talking to our retailers and new customers about the remarkable eco-credentials of the new Hypoallergenic range.  Insect protein is much more sustainable than livestock protein, and our production is already carbon neutral.  Operations and logistics will be carbon neutral this year – it’s a strong package for retailers who want to offer their customers exceptional food with a tangible eco-story.”
