Vale Pet Foods to take raw food manufacturing in-house

Leicestershire-based Vale Pet Foods is set to embark on a major expansion programme that includes taking its raw food manufacturing in-house.

Founder Luke Chapman announced: “We’re growing Vale Pet Foods, and I couldn’t be more excited.

“Over the next six to nine months, we’ll be bringing our raw food manufacturing in-house, either by building our own facility or acquiring an existing business that aligns with our values and quality standards.”

And Luke stressed that the move isn’t just about expansion.

He added: “It’s about fortifying our supply chain, strengthening quality control from start to finish, and expanding on our existing in-house supplement filling capabilities, a process we already manage and are proud of.

“Whether we’re constructing from the ground up or integrating an established operation, this move is part of our long-term mission: building something exceptional that pets and people can trust.

“I’m incredibly grateful to my team, partners, and the broader Vale Pet Foods community for your continued support. More updates on this journey to come.”
