The Vet reveals new centre offering leading pet health

The Vet is re-launching its Southampton centre this summer with the aim of offering a relaxed and stress-free environment that provides leading pet health for animals of all shapes and sizes.

With six consultation rooms, two operating theatres, x-ray, ultrasound, in-house laboratory and more, the new Southampton Veterinary Centre will provide full care to keep pets happy and healthy throughout their life, including a full range of products and services from vaccinations and pet passports - to orthopaedic surgery and dentals.

What’s more, the centre also provides patients with separate cat and dog waiting areas to minimise stress. There are dedicated cat only consultation rooms and patients can benefit from the ease and convenience of walk-in and appointment services to suit any schedule.

The Vet Chief Commercial office, Jennifer Martin comments, “At The Vet, we do things differently and challenge the status quo when it comes to pet health. We believe in making a positive change to the pet health industry by offering clients exceptional care and support, seven days a week with fair and value pricing – and with our recent investment in our Southampton centre, we are able to provide our clients with quality, comfortable surroundings which are befitting to our state-of-the-art clinical facilities.”

Founded in Bristol 2013 by Chief Product Office, Jane Baldwin. The Vet’s ethos is simple; to deliver exceptional care and support for all. The Vet is not just the place you go to when your pet is unwell or has had an unexpected accident, through preventative healthcare, advice and support, the team offer a complete provision for all pet health needs.

To reward their existing clients and reach out to potential new clients, The Vet are offering a £10 refer-a-friend benefit. This gives £10 credit to both the client and their friend when they refer a friend to the centre.

To mark the relaunch of the Southampton centre, The Vet is also launching a competition to find the biggest Pet-sonality in Southampton for a chance to win 1 of 3 free Pet Health Plans for a year, with entries being showcased in an online gallery at thevet.co.uk/southamptonpetsonality

For those interested in learning more, The Vet Southampton will be hosting an open day on 31st August, for pets and their people where there will be exclusive behind the scenes tours, activities for the kids, face painting, competitions and more!
