Southern Aquatics & Pets is scheduled to close permanently in November due to the upcoming expiration of its lease.

The Daily Echo reported that the closure of the pet shop in Woolston, Southampton, after a ‘To Let’ sign appeared above its premises in Victoria Road.

Woolston councillor Warwick Payne told the Daily Echo that Southern Aquatics, which opened three years ago, is scheduled to shut on November 17, when its current lease expired.

"According to staff, it's scheduled to close on November 17 when the lease expires but it's unclear at this stage if a new business will take its place,” he said.
