Fish4Pets has bid a fond farewell to Graham Smith, its former CEO, as he embarks on his retirement after 14 incredible years leading the business. 

Graham joined the company in August 2008, bringing with him a wealth of experience from his time at Unilever, as Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing.

During Graham's leadership as CEO, Fish4Pets has achieved remarkable milestones and received prestigious accolades. 

Under his guidance, the company expanded its presence at Crufts and international shows, with an impressive flagship exhibition stand, iconic branding, and an extensive product range. 

Additionally, Graham supported the establishment of 38 partnerships globally, earning Fish4Pets accolades such as the GlobalPETS Forum Award 2019. 

Notably, the company was honoured with the Queen's Award for Enterprise in International Trade, among numerous other prestigious product awards and Fish4Dogs Hrvatska proudly celebrated a Supreme Champion win at Crufts 2023 with Orca, a Lagotto Romagnolo Gundog.

The company celebrated Graham's retirement where he finally handed over the baton to Fish4Pets’s newly appointed CEO, Sarah Fowler, at a farewell gathering at its new Redditch headquarters.
