Lintbells expands support for pet retailers

The last year has seen marked expansion of the retail support team at Lintbells. Starting with just one person available to visit stores, the company now employs four, dedicated to the pet and equine trade channel and putting feet on the ground from Newcastle to Plymouth.

The move is in marked contrast to many companies who have moved to only offering remote support. Lintbells Retail Channel Lead, UK & Ireland Sue Lewis says it’s all part of getting to know customers and working in partnership, “We value that one to one relationship we have with our customers. In many cases we’ve found we can be more constructive once we have got to know a retailer’s premises, their competitive environment and the type of customers they attract. It’s helped us identify new opportunities in store and to be more responsive to meeting retailers’ needs.”

Joe Goode, Managing Director of Superpet says the support they have received from Lintbells is second to none, “We have always found that Lintbells have a great range of natural products. We see many YuMOVE repeat sales from customers and they are so pleased seeing great improvements with their loved ones mobility. This really gives my staff confidence and satisfaction selling the Lintbells range of products.”

The Lintbells retail team is comprised of Terri-Ann, Retail Channel Lead, who covers the South East and Retail Business Development Executives, Emma, who is based in the South West, Helen, who looks after the North East and Zoe, who will be working with retailers in the North West. To request a visit or find out which team member covers your territory, contact Lintbells on 01462 514239 or call round to the Lintbells stand at PATS (H3).
