CSJ-sponsored Wales beat off strong opposition at Game Fair


The CSJ-sponsored Wales team beat off strong competition to become top Retrievers in the Home International Team Competition at the Game Fair 2016.

Team member Nigel Probert had a wonderful time, also winning not only Top Retriever but also Top Overall Gundog with his bitch Jenny.

Held at Ragley Hall the team amassed 561 points - beating Ireland with 558, England with 556 and Scotland with 552 points.

The winning team consisting of 3 Labrador dogs and two Labrador bitches and led by Captain Alan Rees comprised:
  • FTCh Jobeshill Ragnar of Flypatch - Lab D - A. Rees
  • FTCh Skeviot Emerald - Lab B - S. Hagain
  • FTCh Cynhinfa Laban - Lab D - M.Bettinson
  • Stykes Boy Llangynidr - Lab D - H. Willmott
  • Slipside Danzy Jones - Lab B - N. Probert
