Sheepdog Trials benefits Neurology Charity
CSJ’s owners Ceri and Phil Rundle hosted the Bodfari Trials over Easter Weekend and raised a £850 for the Walton Centre, Liverpool.
Sponsored by CSJ the Bodfari Trial kicked off the North Wales sheepdog trials season and despite the second day suffering from floods, sleet, snow, rain and wind was extremely well attended.
Ceri Rundle said, “The Walton Centre specialises in neurology and neurological surgery - thankfully trials people are a hardy crowd and we are delighted that everyone turned out and helped to raise money for such a worthy cause.”
Brynley Williams with his dog Elwyn Lad topped the winners tables with Ceri also doing well with her young homebred Moel Dan coming 2nd in the prestigious Open class and going on to win the Novice class.
Keeping to the Easter theme the prizes included mugs and egg cups hand painted by local KGB Pottery.
