Guests of honour at PIF Awards 2023 announced

The Pet Industry Federation has announced the attendance of two high profile guests of honour at its forthcoming Awards Dinner – James Middleton and Yuriy Tokarski.

James (pictured above) is founder of James & Ella, a happiness and wellbeing company for dogs. James is a fierce advocate of the wonderful emotional and social benefits that dogs bring to our lives and has established a company around his philosophy in order help keep dogs in optimal health and condition. James will join Nigel in presenting the Awards to the winners on the night.

Yuriy (right) is from the U-Hearts Foundation, a charity dedicated to helping the living conditions of abandoned pets in Ukraine, where thousands of pets have been left without homes and proper care. Yuriy will talk about the work of U-Hearts and the impact of the donations from UK pet companies on the pets left behind, before presenting those companies with a certificate of thanks for their generosity.

Nigel Baker, PIF CEO, said: ‘We are really pleased to welcome both James and Yuriy to the PIF Awards dinner. The Awards bring together all the great and good from the pet industry to celebrate the achievements and successes across a range of pet service and supplier companies. It is really fitting that James and Yuriy, both great ambassadors for the positive impact that pets have on our lives and peoples’ willingness to give something back to them, will join us to celebrate the successes of companies who share those values.

Generously supported by platinum sponsor Jollyes and headline sponsors, Cliverton, Collar, Lopay and Su-Bridge, the 2023 PIF Awards Dinner takes place on Thursday 9 November at Chesford Grange Hotel, Kenilworth, Warwickshire.

Tickets to the black-tie event include a complementary drinks reception, three course meal with wine and live entertainment. Individual tickets can be purchased at www.petfederation.co.uk with savings for tables of ten and a discount code available for accommodation at Chesford Grange.
