Paleo Ridge launches new website to enhance customer experience

 

Paleo Ridge has launched its new website built on the Shopify platform. This exciting development marks a major milestone in the company’s growth and commitment to delivering an even better experience for its loyal customers. 

 

As Paleo Ridge continues to expand, the new website has been carefully designed to provide a more user-friendly platformefficient ordering process, and greater flexibility for customers including a significantly improved subscription service. The move to Shopify ensures increased stability, faster performance, and enhanced features that will support the company’s long-term vision for growth and customer service excellence. 

 

The new website offers exciting features such as, every product now includes a detailed recipe breakdown, revealing exactly what goes into your dog’s meals ensuring complete transparency and peace of mind. We’ve also introduced enhanced product filters, allowing customers to sort by flavour, size, dietary needs, or raw feeding stage, so you can quickly find exactly what you need. These upgrades are tailored to make the browsing experience smoother, more informative, and altogether more convenient.

The new website launch reflects Paleo Ridge’s continued dedication to high-quality nutrition, sustainability, and best-in-class customer service. As a brief operational note, the website will be temporarily unavailable for ordering on 1st July 2025 to ensure a smooth transition. Normal service is expected to resume on 2nd July 2025.
