HiLife adds to its natural dog food range

Offering health conscious pet owners more choice, HiLife is launching a new collection of complete canned dog food into its popular range of natural petfood.

Building on the success of the HiLife it’s only natural range, the complete nutrition terrine recipes contain 100% natural ingredients with an impressive 60% poultry or fish.

With a choice of six recipes and single source proteins, including turkey with potato and carrots, chicken with sweet potato and broccoli, duck with potato and peas, salmon with sweet potato and peas, cod with sweet potato and broccoli and sardine with potato and carrots, each dish is enriched with vitamins and minerals and completely grain free.

Peter Parkinson, marketing director at HiLife said: “We haven’t had a nutritionally complete wet dog food in our product portfolio for some time. But this is fast growing market sector. We conducted gap analysis in our range and the marketplace and decided market conditions were right to act now.

“The addition of complete dog food cans to our HiLife it’s only natural range gives our customers even more choice when it comes to selecting the right food for their four-legged friends, whatever the size of their dogs. It was important to provide single source proteins and no red meat. These poultry and fish recipes are gentle on tummies and easier for dogs to digest. They’re also made in the UK.”

Available as individual cans or as a six can collection, the cans also showcase the brand new HiLife it’s only natural packaging design which launched last month.

Peter adds: “We’ve received a positive response from our customers about the new design of our HiLife it’s only natural packaging. It is a really exciting time for us right now as we’ve not only refreshed the look of the range but are continuing to introduce new and exciting products that are meeting the needs of today’s pet owners.”

HiLife it’s only natural terrines are available as a single 395g can (RSP £1.89) and as multipacks Country Collection or Fisherman’s Favourite (RSP £10.00).

HiLife it’s only natural range of complete, canned wet dog food is available for retailers to order now. Visit www.hilifepet.co.uk for more information.
