Natures Menu recognised for 'excellent' customer service

Norfolk-based Natures Menu has received the Feefo Platinum Trusted Service Award for the second year running.

 

Marking the company’s sixth year being awarded a prestigious Feefo accolade, this particular award recognises businesses that have consistently gone above and beyond to provide excellent customer service and deliver quality products. 

 

The Platinum Trusted Service Award acknowledges businesses that have received the Feefo Gold Trusted Service award for at least three years in a row.

 

Feedback is collated directly from the review platform, making the accreditation a symbol of trust in terms of customer service and product quality. Natures Menu collected 2,504 customer reviews over the past year, 2,048 of these were 5-Star ratings, which resulted in a 4.6 out of 5 for its customer experience and 4.7 out of 5 for the overall product rating. The latest award is a fantastic addition to the Norfolk-based pet food manufacturer’s already extensive trophy cabinet.
