Hector the Gordon gathers a fan club

An excited Debra Harker contacted CSJ to tell them about her Gordon Setter’s RCC – an unusually high award for such a young dog.

Hector - Hernwood Achilles at Ettrick - had a brilliant start to his career with 6 x PBIB, including 2 breed shows and Crufts 2018, and became top Gordon in the country, but then came Bath Ch show….

At his first show in Junior, Hector won his class and then went on to win Reserve DCC.  It was certainly a day to remember for Debra as it is unusual for such a young dog to take such high awards.

Debra said, “Absolutely thrilled with his progress and he is certainly gathering a fan club!”
