Easy Repeat is a subscription service for essentials, allowing customers to receive regular orders of their pets’ favourite products, backed up by a Best Price Guarantee.
The new in-store service combines the colleague expertise that sets Pets at Home apart, along with a customer proposition centred on delivering value and simplicity for customers.
A key point of differentiation for Pets at Home is the wealth of knowledge its colleagues hold. From providing nutrition consultations to helping owners understand a pets’ play preference, the staff are on hand to help with questions about how to care for your furry, scaly or feathered friend, and the best products to keep them happy and healthy.
