PIF Awards celebrate the Best of the Best

The 2024 PIF Award winners were revealed at the gala black tie ceremony last night (Thursday) held at the Double-Tree Hilton, Stoke-on-Trent, with 26 categories of winners announced.

With generous support from Su-Bridge Pet Supplies and headline sponsors Cliverton, YuMove, and the Animal People Recruitment Company, along with drinks sponsor Betty Miller and media sponsor PBW News, the 2024 PIF Awards have become the most coveted awards in the pet industry. Recipients proudly received their awards from David Bowles, Head of Public Affairs at the RSPCA.

The awards celebrate the remarkable success stories of the past year across a broad range of categories. Winners ranged from independent businesses such as Claire’s Comfy Canines and Trinkety Paws to large manufacturers such as Mackle Petfoods (full list of winners is attached). The Lifetime Achievement Award was presented to David Tracey of wildlife pet food manufacturer, Brambles Pet & Wildlife.

Nigel Baker, CEO of the Pet Industry Federation, commented: “This year’s PIF Awards showcased exceptional quality and a remarkable number of entries. While only one winner can emerge in each category, being shortlisted is a significant accomplishment for our finalists. It’s genuinely inspiring to see the diversity and commitment within our sector, and at PIF, we take great pride in honouring this dedication through the PIF Awards.”
