Triple award-winning pet business for sale

Multi award-winning business Millin Brook Luxury Dog Boarding has been put on the market with an asking price of £1,999,950.

The luxury kennels in Pembrokeshire has picked up major honours at the PetQuip Awards, PIF Awards and Dog Friendly Awards in 2024.

But it’s understood that owners Dave and Sian Smith have now put the business on the market due to ill health.

According to the sales literature of agents Kings Business, Millin Brook Luxury Dog Boarding has “an impressive annual income in excess of £190,000 per year with opportunity for further growth.”

The agents describe it as “one of the country’s most premium kennel businesses, boasting 10.8 acres of premium south-facing land, luxury amenities and a 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom family home.”

The business has 10 luxury kennels in a sought-after location.

It has been an incredible year for Millin Brook Luxury Dog Boarding, which has been recognised with three presitigous awards.

At the PetQuip Awards, Dave and Sian picked up the gold award in the Business Service of the Year category. The judges described their operation as “the ultimate in dog boarding. Guests spend the minimal amount of time in their suite, instead enjoying day trips, training, stimulating interaction and play.  This company has turned dog boarding on its head by instead focusing on delivering the ultimate doggie holiday – they even send a postcard from your pooch!”

Earlier this month the couple claimed the Kennel of the Year honour at the PIF Awards – their second win in three years – scoring very highly on their customer satisfaction scores.

Then, just last week, the success continued at the Dog Friendly Awards where Millin Brook won the Kennel and Home Boarding category.
