The 2022 trial sought to determine the efficacy of Dorwest’s calming supplements and included 46 participants and their dogs using Scullcap & Valerian Tablets. Results showed 87% of participants perceived less fireworks anxiety symptoms in their dogs after using Dorwest’s Scullcap & Valerian Tablets.

In the 2022 trial, 40 out of 46 owners noted a reduction in anxious behaviours demonstrated by their dogs after exposure to fireworks with supplementation, in comparison with anxious behaviours displayed pre-supplementation with exposure to fireworks. With the majority of participating owners reporting a much-improved change in their dog’s behaviour in response to fireworks and loud noises after using Scullcap & Valerian Tablets.

The 2023 sales of Scullcap & Valerian Tablets show product growth continuing, with online searches for ‘dog anxiety’ and ‘dog fireworks fear’ increasing considerably in the last 5 years.
