£2,000 snatched from West Sussex pet shop

Around £2,000 has been snatched during a burglary at a Horsham pet shop in West Sussex.

Pets Corner in Piries Place was broken into between 4.20pm on Sunday (February 16) and 8.15am on Monday morning.

A door at the back of the shop had been forced and almost £2,000 from the safe had been taken.

Anyone with information about the break-in or saw anyone acting suspiciously in the area overnight is asked to contact police on 101 quoting serial 196 of 17/2. Alternatively contact the independent charity Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
