The Canny Company launched its Canny Magloc at Interzoo, and this resulted in the company having its best show on record. 

“It has taken me a while to get over it," said managing director Sean McElherron (pictured). 

The device, which allows an owner to ‘snap’ the leash onto their dog quickly and easily, captured the imagination of several large companies keen to manufacture under licence. 

It attracted interest from as far afield as Japan, Russia and Australia, plus definite orders for tens of thousands of pounds from old and new customers.  

As a result of the Russian interest, The Canny Company will now be participating in the Zoosphere show in St Petersburg in November, working with a new Russian partner.
