It's all up in the air for Beco Pets
It was all up in the air for Beco Pets when Britain's top eco pet product company arrived at PATS Telford today.

Airborne and incoming were 20 international distributors from seven countries across Europe, who had all been personally invited to the expo by Beco.

This was the first time that the award-winning company, which exports to dozens of countries worldwide, had invited overseas delegates to a UK trade show.

Also hitting the airwaves was their new product, The Beco Flyer, launched at PATS, a new flying disc dog toy that whizzes through the air to the delight of their canine catchers.

The unique toy, available in orange and purple (colours that stand out in long grass so you never lose it), has an 'easy pick-up wobble' design, and is made from natural rubber and rice husks. Extra-soft, it's also completely safe for dogs to catch with no chance of damaging their teeth.

Beco's other new products unveiled at the expo include their Christmas toys and latest additions to the Beco Family dog toy characters, including Stella the Elephant and Michelle the Monkey.

And last but not least, also airborne and suspended 30 feet up, hovering perilously over the heads of PATS visitors, was the expo world's first giant poop bag!

Now the UK's top manufacturer of eco-friendly poop bags, Beco are giving away one million FREE poop bags at PATS shows this year. They are highlighting their 'Project Poop Bag' campaign by flying a giant green poop bag above their stand (Hall 2, stall C20).

Measuring 20ft by 8ft, the bag certainly caught the eye of passing trade ... and visitors were relieved to hear it was just filled with helium gas - and not real poop.

Beco Pets Co-Founder George Bramble said: "We decided to invite key European distributors to come and see the Beco brand in action, giving us a great opportunity to welcome them to Britain and show them our new products.

"We are thrilled that so many of our overseas friends and contacts took up our invitation, which gives us a great opportunity to talk business and also offers our distributors a chance to see what other great British products there are at the show.

"This is the first time in Beco Pets' six-year history that we have invited international delegates to join us at a show and day one has already proved a great success.
It's been a fantastic show so far. Telford certainly ticks all the boxes for us."

Beco's guests included distributors and retailers from Farm Company in Italy, Two Barks from Norway, Warmako from The Netherlands, Whesco from Denmark, Christies from Ireland, Sušienkovo from the Czech Republic, Tujoma from Finland and other countries including Belgium and the Baltic states.

Annie Foord, PATS Telford Organiser, said: "We are delighted to be working with Beco Pets to promote the international flavour of PATS Telford, the home of our show for the first time.

"To see Beco Pets' growth and witness how the company has come along is very exciting for me to see and I'm very pleased that they are making best use of our show to promote their company."
