Pet Brands sues Wilkinson over product copyright infringement

Leading licensed and branded pet accessories manufacturer Pet Brands has taken formal legal action against major retailer Wilkinson for infringement of its fully patented Christmas Rawhide Cracker.

Pet Brands director Sunny Sharma said: “We pride ourselves on UK-based product development, and work hard to design, innovate and patent our products to give us a point of difference in the market place.

"We were very disappointed that Wilkinson didn’t contact us directly to order our Rawhide Cracker and now we have had no choice but to take this action."
