The devastated owner doesn't know how they are going to replenish the stolen stock

This is the moment brazen thieves smashed their way through a glass window to break into a pet store.


Thieves forced their way into Harley Hounds Raw Food Supplies, on the High Street in Quarry Bank, on Thursday night (July 11).


In the snippet of CCTV you can see the pair of thieves smash their way through a glass window before climbing in and raiding the store.

At one point in the video you can see one of the burglars look directly at the camera giving a clear shot of their face.

The other thief, however, made more of an effort to conceal their identity.

The devastated owner of the store - who wishes to remain anonymous - told Black Country Live: "I came to work Friday morning and I was in bits. I've only been open 12 weeks so this is really unnerving.


"They emptied the shelves and unless the insurance allow me to claim, I can’t see me being able to afford to put the stock back, It’s so upsetting."

Police are currently investigating the burglary and say that no arrests have yet been made but enquiries are on-going.
