Rescue dogs from Birmingham Dogs Home have been modelling some of Ancol’s new ranges for their 2014/15 trade catalogue.
The catalogue, which is out in May, will launch Ancol’s extended Small Bite range which includes additional coats, carry bags and leads - all specially designed for small dogs and puppies. It also includes a new Halloween range, additional Christmas items including novelty collars and sweaters, reflective collars plus lots more toys.
Modelling Ancol’s new Small Bite range was Biffa, a Chihuahua-cross puppy who was named after the skip where he was found and Boo, a teacup Chihuahua that arrived at Birmingham Dogs Home Sunnyside in November. Oscar, a 10 month old Belgian Griffon who was recently brought to Birmingham Dogs Home, was modelling Ancol’s all-weather coats and nylon leads.
Birmingham Dogs Home Sunnyside Manager Karen Doy, who has recently adopted Biffa, commented: “It was great to involve our rescue dogs in Ancol’s new catalogue. I’m pleased to say that all three dogs have now found happy homes and we’re delighted with how they performed on the day.”
Sarah Lane, Sales Director at Ancol, added: “We are very grateful to Birmingham Dogs Home for providing such fantastic models. Look out for our new catalogue in May, which is full of new and exciting products your customers will love.”
