Bern Pet Foods UK has appointed Janet Dunning as National Sales Manager to join its growing sales team. She will oversee the regional sales force and work on developing the business with the independent pet and speciality retailers.

Janet joins Bern with a wealth of experience gained from her 20 years in the pet industry, latterly with MPM Products, managing the field sales team to develop the Applaws brand. 

She says: “I am delighted to be joining Bern Pet Foods and am looking forward to helping to grow the exciting biologically appropriate ACANA and ORIJEN brands.”

Commenting on this latest appointment, Colin Rodger, Bern Pet Foods Director, says: "We are pleased to welcome Janet onto our expanding team.  Her extensive sales experience combined with her knowledge of the pet food market will be a great asset to our business."

Janet lives on a farm in Settle, Yorkshire, with her family and four miniature wire-haired dachshunds.
